What is ADORN all about?
ADORN was created in 2009 by Beverly Smart, a English fashion designer based in southern France and a self-confessed jewellery addict. Whilst on holiday in South Africa, she was stunned by the fantastic range of jewellery designs she saw and ADORN was born, her own contemporary jewellery brand of her favourite pieces, chosen specifically to complement her clothing collections.
How do we get in touch with you?
ADORN is located in France and is run by real human beings. Simply email us at email@example.com with any question you may have.

We have a wholesale range. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our wholesale pricelist and catalogue.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs are already included in the price of the item. They do not include sales tax or customs duties outside France.
What shipping methods are available?
Orders are shipped by insured registered post
When will I receive my order?
Some of the jewellery is made to order and in this case, the product descriptions will include lead time. We are a very small team and take extra special care with each order we receive, so please be patient so we can ensure your order arrives safely to you.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you are not fully satisfied with your ADORN purchase you may return it unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days from receipt, for refund or exchange. Please notify ADORN by email on email@example.com prior to returning your purchase. Worn items will not be accepted.
We will process a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, exclusive of delivery costs. For returns from outside France, customs duties and sales tax are also non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If the item arrives damaged or broken, please notify ADORN by within 48 hours of receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the damaged item (for insurance purposes), quoting your order number.
We will process a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, exclusive of delivery costs.
If you are an ADORN member* return postage costs will be reimbursed to the equivalent of the outward shipping costs.
For returns from outside France, customs duties and sales tax are also non-refundable.
