Shipping costs are free. We ship anywhere in the world. Orders are sent by registered post.
Prices do not include sales tax or customs duties outside France (where ADORN is based).
To be eligible for free returns*, all you have to do is to become an ADORN member, which you do by simply signing up for the latest news at the bottom right of this page!
The Returns procedure:
Each piece is individually made by hand, and no two pieces are identical. These slight variations contribute to the authenticity and uniqueness of each item. If however, you are not fully satisfied with your ADORN purchase you may return it unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days from receipt, for refund or exchange. Please notify ADORN by email of the intention to return.
If the item is being returned because it was received damaged or broken, please notify ADORN within 48 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org including a photo of the damaged item.
Returns should be sent by basic post with a tracking number.
Returned items are the buyer's responsibility until received by ADORN.
You will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, exclusive of delivery costs (unless you are an ADORN member in which case you will be reimbursed as below *).
For returns from outside the European Community, customs duties and sales tax are non-refundable.
* Free returns means return postage costs will be reimbursed to the equivalent of the outward shipping costs.
